Tau Ceti is a colony in the Sirius Corridor, along with Gaia, Janus, and Proserpina. It was founded by the Daedalus 6 voyage to be a mining colony due to a high expectation of exposed heavy metals in its asteroids. It is connected by wormhole to Janus, its primary business partner. It is currently controlled by the Sirius Military Consulate.
