Sirius Military Consulate

Military organization started on Gaia by the Eridani Trust to protect their interests on the planet. After the destruction of the wormhole between Janus and Sirius, the Sirius Military Consulate (SMC) instigated a coup, knowing that the wormhole could not be reconstructed for another 5 years. While ultimately successful, the SMC burned several bridges to acquire its hold on the worlds beyond Sirius. Infamously, the SMC decided to divert economic resources from the reintegration of Proserpina to fuel their conflict against the Eridani Trust. The Consulate now controls the worlds beyond Sirius. Notable members include Rix, James, and Devon who were both assigned to the Daedalus mission to reintegrate Kapteyn to the Inhabited Universe.
