Part of the Daedalus 13 crew.

Grew up on Gaia, was a freedom fighter for the Sirius Military Consulate during the Sirius Conflict. Sent as security on the Daedalus 13 crew. Had a sidearm and shortrange teleporter.

Similar to Alexia, Devon's legs are not the ones he was born with, but instead are biogenic
